Security Mailbox Modification

If your security mailbox is lost, you need to change the binding mail:

1 .If your account is not lost: Please use your account to submit customer complaints by online customer service system, providing: in-game nickname, home server, date of registration (If you forget the specific date, please provide approximate time, the more precise, the better), registered mail (the binding mail of former account), recharging information (if there has been recharging operation, please provide the relevant information which show that your payment is successful), new email address you need to modify.

(2) Account has been lost: Please register a new account or use another account you already have, and submit tickets through online customer service system, providing: login name (you need to modify the corresponding mailbox account), in-game nickname, home server, date of registration (forget the exact date, please provide approximate time, the more precise,the better), registered mail (the binding mail of former account), recharging information (if there has been recharging operation, please provide the relevant information which show that your payment is successful), new email address you need to modify.
